ABOUT

Jaidan began his journey at Thor in May 2021 as a Senior Resource Associate in our Teknologi team, focused on Norway. He came in with a specialism in Cloud & Infrastructure, and made the most of that niche to support the building of Thor's presence and success. He has since expanded this across Scandinavia and as of September 2021, isnow the Team Lead for our permanent Software Development and Cloud practice in Sweden.

Essentially, his role is to add value to both our candidates and clients, aligning the needs of both to find the perfect match. He enjoys ensuring that we're adding value to candidates by improving their situation, whilst improving our clients' situation by providing them with in-demand talent and great personalities for their team and company. His method of doing this is by taking the time to build relationships and really understand what are the needs and requirements of the professionals he speaks with. Immersing himself into their situations and becoming a trusted partner enables all parties to reach the desired outcome.

Outside of the office, he is a season ticket holder at Arsenal FC and attends matches very regularly. He's also a huge fan of music and considers himself an avid festival attendee!
