Joshua Stevens Senior Manager

ABOUT

Joshua is the Senior Manager for our Critical Facilities division. His role is to manage our client base, coach and develop his team members from Resourcer level and above, and meet potential new Thorites, all whilst also managing his own network and helping key partners.  

What he likes most about Thor is the ambition of the directors and the inclusiveness throughout the company. He said: "There is no cap on how far Thor can go and it’s amazing to see the constant investment back into the company to make our systems better, driving new incentives and investing in each individual via external training and courses. Working at Thor challenges me on a daily basis and I have personally developed so much since starting in 2018. Right from day one starting as a Resourcer and learning the basics, to going out to Copenhagen and putting myself in front of senior stakeholders of multi-million pound organisations selling Thor, to now being the Senior Manager for our Critical Facilities division and looking at future growth strategies with the Directors".

When he's not at work, he’d like to think of himself as an avid ‘gymer’ (when he can make the time…). He is also a passionate cook and he’ll often try and replicate Gordan Ramsey’s dishes in the kitchen - he says his beef wellington is unrivalled. When the weather permits, he loves being outside with his girlfriend, walking in the local woodlands, festival going and enjoying a good night out.
