The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts across FinTec, Infrastructure, Energi and the Life Science sectors as well as using these accounts to open and generate new business.

  • Flying out to our Scandinavian offices to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your accounts

  • Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your accounts

  • Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia in your chosen market

  • Negotiating with senior level stakeholders

  • Buddying and mentoring junior colleagues coming through

  • When ready, building a team around you that so can eventually work from and be remunerated off the P&L

  • Developing through one on one mentoring with Directors

  • Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives and NEDs

  • Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business

The Requirements

  • Degree qualified preferred

  • 1 -5 years recruitment experience, preferably within one of our key sectors

  • Hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude

  • English = Fluent

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ambitious and Self-starter Competitive nature

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
