Most recruitment companies prepare both candidates and clients before an interview, however at Thor, we believe that our preparation sets the standard for the industry. By really understanding candidates motivations we create bespoke interview dossiers before every meeting. This ensures that; the candidate has a clear understanding of the responsibilities of the job, the client is aware of what the candidate is looking for in their next position and most importantly all expectations are managed and aligned.
