The Role

  • Head Hunting Candidates for specific needs across Teknologi, Infrastructure, Life Science and Energi.

  • Managing the candidate recruitment process - from engaging initial interest from candidates to managing the interview process and finally negotiating contracts and salaries!

  • Negotiating with senior level stakeholders on behalf of the candidate

  • Candidate strategy

  • International Business Trips – visiting our candidates in person

  • Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices and industries for the business

  • Developing through one on one mentoring with Directors

  • Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business

The Requirements

  • Degree education preferred but not essential

  • 1 -5 years recruitment experience, preferably within one of our key sectors

  • Hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude

  • English = Fluent

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ambitious and Self-starter Competitive nature

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
