Lead Recruitment Manager – Renewable Sector

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded recruitment manager to join our team. Reporting directly into the CEO, You will be looking after a team of 8 recruitment consultants working within the energy sector across Europe. Taking over an experienced team with over 2.5 years of recruitment knowledge and one of the fastest growing teams within the business. This are is in huge demand with more jobs in this vertical then any other areas within the business given the global need to become more green. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their long-term talent needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You’ll help others to follow you and your vision for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role is ideal for an established leader. Who wants to move away for billing and become an non billing manager
• Challenge is to keep the experienced guys accountable and to develop rookies from scratch which is the next phase of development in the team
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices.
• Drive client retention and growth and value-added solutions.
