Job Description
Due to the continued growth of the team in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage all site elements of assigned projects for the client, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors.
What you would do:
- Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
- Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
- Map out weekly look heads and planning.
- On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
- Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
- Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Execution of commissioning and closeout plan.
- Ensure close out of snag lists.
- Deliver on labour tracker.
- Manage relevant external correspondence.
- Order all day-to-day site materials.
- Update appropriate information to progress report.
- Maintaining Document Management System.
- Manage project-specific scheduling.
- Communicate changes to the Project team.
- Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
- Fully Qualified Electrician – Qualified QC Tester
- People management experience
- Project Management experience beneficial
- Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Willingness to do some travel if/when required
