This client is known for delivering innovative, high-quality builds and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground-up data centre construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up data center projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in ground-up data centre builds.
• Proven experience working for a general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of construction.
• Must be located in or around Atlanta, Georgia.
