Job Title: Project Manager – Mission Critical (Electrical Focus)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical systems for mission critical projects? We are seeking a dedicated professional for Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA. If you have a history of managing complex data center projects and have shown stability by staying with an employer for at least 4-5 years, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of mission critical projects, with a focus on electrical systems, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead project teams in Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA, coordinating all aspects of the project from planning to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize electrical processes and ensure all project deliverables meet safety and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Identify and address project risks, making real-time decisions to keep the project on track.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing mission critical/data center projects, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Stability: Must have spent at least 4-5 years in a single company within the past decade.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+ in the mission critical sector (data centers, high-tech facilities, etc.).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Virginia-based projects is a plus.
