ABOUT

Matthew is responsible for scaling and growing our SAP team at Thor. He has been working in recruitment since 2017, with most of this experience being directly in the DACH region, with the majority of his network in Germany and Switzerland. His main focuses are creating tailor-made solutions and hiring projects for our esteemed customers and consulting them through their transformations with specific subject matter expertise.

As someone very passionate about technology and digital transformation, he tries to stay as close to the technology as possible by attending conferences, listening to podcasts, and staying up-to-date with the latest updates and trends.

Matthew joined Thor in June 2023. He said of his reasons for joining: " I was inspired by their energy and drive. It's rare to find a business with such a close-knit community of market experts who value integrity and maintain a customer-centric focus in their attitude and approach".

In his personal life, music is Matthew's biggest passion, and collecting vinyl records is his favorite hobby. His taste is eclectic but mostly revolves around old-school Hip-Hop, Blues/Soul, and Techno. As a Spaniard, he is very passionate about cooking, and one day, hopes to open a bar/restaurant/vinyl store. But until that point comes, he continues to scale ambitious industry companies with the right SAP talent while consulting them on the market, hiring patterns, and organically creating world-beating SAP consulting units!
