ABOUT

I'm Matthew, and I'm responsible for scaling and growing our SAP team at Thor. I have 5 years of recruitment experience, and most of this experience is directly in the DACH region, with the majority of my network in Germany and Switzerland. My main focuses are creating tailor-made solutions and hiring projects for our esteemed customers and consulting them through their transformations with specific subject matter expertise.

As someone very passionate about technology and digital transformation, I try to stay as close to the technology as possible by attending conferences, listening to podcasts, and staying up-to-date with the latest updates and trends.

I joined Thor in June 2023, inspired by their energy and drive. It's rare to find a business with such a close-knit community of market experts who value integrity and maintain a customer-centric focus in their attitude and approach.

In my personal life, music is my biggest passion, and collecting vinyl records is my favorite hobby. My tastes are eclectic but mostly revolve around old-school Hip-Hop, Blues/Soul, and Techno. As a Spaniard, I am very passionate about cooking, and one day, I will open a bar/restaurant/vinyl store. But until that point comes, I will continue to scale ambitious industry companies with the right SAP talent while consulting them on the market, hiring patterns, and organically creating world-beating SAP consulting units!
