Meet Victor, the Head of Engineering at HER App, a tech leader on a mission to make the world better and more inclusive. His experiences in diverse teams and new countries heightened his sensitivity to discrimination, a passion he discovered during his teenage years when he realized his bisexuality. Victor actively stands against discrimination and is involved in pro-equality organizations in Spain and Europe.
As a queer person in leadership, Victor gives back through public speaking and serves on the London Bisexual Network, working to reduce discrimination. He mentors women from minority groups and advocates for equal rights, ensuring equality is more than just a PR stunt. Committed to using his voice and privilege for others, Victor is dedicated to making a lasting impact against inequality.

Born in a tiny Nordic country, grew up in the countryside before moving to the big city. One thing led to another, and I somehow ended up in London. Wrote my first program at the ripe old age of 9 years old, and I've been working in tech for over 10 years now. Moving to London and working in an international environment has encouraged me to be, well, myself.
As a trans, asexual, panromantic, polyamorous, neurodivergent person I keep collecting labels. It was not easy to figure out who I am, and my journey is far from done, but I still strive to support those that are on their own journeys and to make the world better one person at a time.
