Regional Director, Data Center Operations required by a leading data center developer, owner, and operator.
The Role
- Oversee daily data center facility operations within the region, managing internal and external resources
- Develop and maintain operational policies and guidelines
- Manage implementation of operational and infrastructure initiatives
- Oversee HVAC, power, access control, and fire protection systems
- Manage data center building operations and security
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit activities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle customer communication and relationship management
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing data center facilities
- Proven team management and leadership experience
- Mechanical, Electrical or similar technical background
Compensation
$170k - $180k + 20- 40% bonus
