Logistics Supervisor – Data Centre Construction (Project-Based)
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to support the construction of a large scale Data Centre project in Fyresdal, Norway. This role is critical to ensuring smooth site operations, managing logistics, material flow, access, and room readiness to keep projects running efficiently.
You will work closely with site management, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and organisation across all logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site logistics, including deliveries, storage, waste handling, and internal access routes
- Ensure clear access to work areas and effective zoning across the site
- Coordinate snagging activities across CSA and MEP disciplines
- Verify room readiness prior to installation and system handover
- Work closely with subcontractors, quality, HSE, and commissioning teams
- Maintain strong on-site presence, ensuring structure, cleanliness, and efficient workflows
Candidate Profile
- Experience working on construction sites, ideally within industrial or data centre projects
- Strong understanding of logistics, sequencing, and access planning
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and Norwegian would be a bonus
Background & Experience
- Technical diploma or degree in construction, engineering, or similar
- 5+ years’ on-site experience in construction or related projects
- Experience with logistics coordination, room readiness, or snagging is advantageous
- Familiarity with digital construction/site tools is a plus
