The Opportunity  

We have an opportunity at Thor for a Principal Recruiter to join our high performing Advanced Technology Contract team. 

The role has become available due to the landing of some large accounts & the huge success of the current team. The need to now create further succession to enable our next phase of growth & keep up with demand is imperative. 

A critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values.

Our Requirements 

  • Proven experience in Contract Recruitment (agency side), with a strong track record in building a successful runner book.
  • High Performer 
  • Deep knowledge of Contract Recruitment 
  • Technology markets is preferable but not imperative. Contract Billers from other sectors will be considered.
  • Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts 
  • A high level of commercial acumen related to Contract solutions. 
  • Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
