We have a unique opportunity at Thor for two Senior Consultant to join our high performing Critical Projects Permanent team.
The role has become available due to the high demand of opportunity across our client portfolio & the huge success of the current team. We now need to expand the team to enable our next phase of growth & keep up with demand is imperative.
This is a critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values, it is imperative to continuing to build on the successful team collaboration.

This role will be based at our London HQ, with future opportunities to meet with clients Scandinavia and Europe.

Our Requirements:
- Proven experience in Permanent Recruitment (agency side).
- High Energetic Performer.
- Engineering/Construction/Energy Transition markets is preferable but not imperative.
- Exceptional business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts.
- A high level of commercial acumen.
- Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
