We have a unique opportunity at Thor for a Senior Consultant to join our high performing Critical Projects Permanent team.
The role has become available due to the high demand of opportunity & the huge success of the current team. The need to now expand the team to enable our next phase of growth & keep up with demand is imperative.
A critical hire at a very exciting juncture in our evolution and we will therefore hire on a combination of attitude, experience and values.

This role will be based at our London HQ, with future opportunities to meet with clients in the US.

Our
Requirements
- Proven
experience in Permanent Recruitment (agency side).
- High
Energetic Performer
- Engineering/Construction/Energy
Transition markets is preferable but not imperative.
- Exceptional
business development skills and a strong existing network of contacts
- A
high level of commercial acumen
- Growth/entrepreneurial mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
