Their Challenge

NordicEPOD faced challenges of rapid growth, to meet the high increased workload from customer demands, to execute their part in multiple exciting data center projects. This was across a wide range of areas, where they required highly specialised professionals such as HVAC, Design, Electrical & Mechanical Eng, Structural, Testing and a Document Controller.

Expanding with permanent long-term growth was incredibly important, so it was key that they could trust Thor to introduce to them those with the right expertise and the correct personality and culture match to being a part of a growing dynamic company working in a fast pace and demanding industry.

Equally, in an industry with projects that have fast-changing reputations, spontaneous needs for Contractors arose.
