As the Founder of the Thor Group, Nick can draw from a career spanning over 15 years in the recruitment industry and has helped to shape what is now a dynamic and high performing, global business.

Despite the company having navigated some turbulent market conditions since its inception in 2012, what has always remained constant is its unwavering commitment to putting people first. Nick is most proud of the fact that Thor can still offer incredible growth opportunities for both new and existing colleagues as well as boasting a culture that nurtures talent in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Today, Nick is responsible for driving the growth and strategy of Thor globally, whilst working to develop the senior leadership team and ensuring Thor becomes a truly high performing business. With offices currently in London, New York, LA, the Nordics and more in the pipeline, the next stage of Thor’s growth is a very exciting one.
