THOR TEKNOLOGI US IS LIVE

The Tech industry isn’t a new concept for our New York office, as we’ve been placing tech candidates within our Pharma and Med Device clients for a number of years already. Therefore, in order to capitalize on the vast portfolio of candidates we have within tech in North America, the initial market strategy is to focus on the highly regulated industries where these specialized candidates are most in demand. A particular emphasis will be put on the Automotive, Defense, Aerospace and Finance sectors. 

We’re very conscious of how substantial the tech space is and in line with our other brands, want to position ourselves as genuine specialists of our trade. This translates to our consultants purely focusing on Software Engineering and Testing, as well as the Microsoft Stack of technologies, which is where the large majority of our European counterparts work. 
 

Regarding our name (Thor Teknologi instead of Technology), our initial roots within the tech space stem from the work we’ve done within the Scandinavian regions. As opposed to operating as two different brands within the same sector, we’re proud to be affiliated with our European counterparts and have already been able to offer a complete Global solution to some of our pre-existing clients, which we’re expecting to become a very recurring theme.
 

The team selected to work for Thor Teknologi in the US has been carefully handpicked and are headed up by Nik Grueneke (Business Development and Client Services) and Tyler Chukwu (Candidate Delivery) who have collectively been with Thor for a number of years and are true advocates of the businesses’ values.
