Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical (Electrical Focus)

Are you a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in mission critical projects, particularly in electrical systems? We are looking for a committed professional for Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA. If you've managed complex data center projects and demonstrated stability by staying with a single employer for at least 4-5 years, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mission critical projects with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.
• Coordinate with project teams in Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA to ensure efficient execution, meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
• Work with stakeholders to optimize electrical processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, focusing on compliance with safety regulations and quality control.
• Proactively address project risks and challenges through data-driven analysis and decision-making.
• Maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing mission critical/data center projects, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
• Stability: Must have spent at least 4-5 years in a single company within the past decade.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M+ in the mission critical sector (data centers, high-tech facilities, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple project sites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Virginia-based projects is a plus.
