For Karan, it's all about giving our staff the tools, the support they need to enjoy the work they do, whilst adding value to the hiring process for everyone involved. This is more rewarding and fulfilling for him than just being driven by stats for the sake of it. Outside of work, he is a family man at heart, with an amazing wife and two lovely daughters. Apart from that, long walks in the country side, travelling to new places, cooking whilst enjoying a lovely glass of red, is how he likes to unwind and recharge the batteries.
