Your Thor journey begins now! Through our in-house learning and development training program, you’ll gain the knowledge and skillset you need to succeed in the world of recruitment; focusing on candidate identification and acquisition, understanding your vertical market and finding the best talent for our existing clients needs.

BD Specialist

As a 360 recruiter, you’re ready to independently work closely with our clients and develop your current client portfolio. You'll focus on expanding your market and finding new ways to help our client’s recruitment needs. If you’re interested in being fully fledged with client work, there are opportunities to join our business development function that focus on our partnerships, established relationships and new business within each market.


As an expert within your market and a consistent biller at Thor, you’ll continue to expand your business, recruit, and manage clients. You show readiness to be a Team Lead, which includes strategic work around you and the team’s business, involvement in management meetings within your brand, and working together to strive for excellence.

& Leadership

At Management level, you support your team to achieve consistent performance whilst maintaining your own billings. You’ll have a proven track record of seeing team members promoted through your assistance, as your focus is on their delivery and career progression.

You’ll get 1hr 30 for lunch from day one so you can hit the gym, which is just down the road, or do whatever else works to boost your energy ahead of the afternoon given you make up the time at a later point. Healthy body, healthy mind, healthy business. 

Fridays are all about rounding off any work and starting the weekend right. That means early finishes, every week.
