I'm Toby Ferron, originally from East London, and I recently started my recruitment career in the life sciences industry. Although I’m new to this role, I’m excited to dive into this field and build meaningful connections along the way.

Before this, my background wasn’t in life sciences, but I’m eager to learn and grow. Right now, my focus is on connecting with others in the industry, learning from them, and contributing to the team with fresh energy and curiosity.

Outside of work, I love meeting new people, playing football, and trying different cuisines. I’m also a fan of staying active, and on weekends, you’ll likely find me out in the gym in the morning to kickstart my day!
