Health and Well-Being


We offer comprehensive health and well-being benefits to support our team. Additionally, we partner with a variety of services who provide a wide range of aids including free mental health counselling, physiotherapy, and legal and financial advice, helping our employees navigate life's challenges with confidence. Furthermore, we value physical health and regular exercise, so we offer an extra half an hour lunch for those who want to use the gym. Plus, to help with team spirit, we organise regular sports clubs both during lunch breaks and after work for our employees to stay active and engaged outside of their regular duties. Recently we organised an afternoon of park games in our London and New York offices where we all got together to play kickball in the sunshine, it was a fantastic opportunity to get everyone together doing something active.


Holidays and More Holidays


We understand the importance of having time off to relax and recharge, especially with our families. That's why we go the extra mile to ensure our team members can enjoy meaningful breaks. For instance, we close our offices between Christmas and New Year, allowing everyone to unwind and spend quality time with their loved ones during the festive season.

Additionally, recognising the diverse backgrounds of our international staff, we offer a week of 'work from anywhere' flexibility. This initiative empowers our employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance while accommodating personal commitments and travel opportunities. At Thor, we believe that fostering a supportive and flexible approach to holidays not only enhances employee well-being but also contributes to a more positive and productive work environment. And an added extra bonus? We offer the opportunity for an early finish of 3pm every Friday – not just during the summer months!
