To be eligible, Thorites must reach threshold levels of activity on key platforms – from maintaining strong data integrity in our CRM, to keeping pipeline information accurate, to demonstrating effective usage and output on LinkedIn Recruiter. We also look for proactive adoption, measurable improvements in workflow or results, and a willingness to support others as they develop their own capability.

The award isn’t guaranteed each quarter. If no one reaches the required standard, it is not given. This alone reflects the behaviour we want to champion – a true growth mindset. It’s about staying curious, embracing change, and seeing new technology as an opportunity to learn, adapt, and raise the bar for the people around you.
