We’re Hiring: Human Resource Specialist - Join Thor Companies in Vauxhall!

Location: Vauxhall, London (Hybrid – 4 days/week in office)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (base, DOE)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

As our HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, supporting our learning & development initiatives and ensuring we remain an employer of choice. You’ll work closely with leadership, managers and employees to build and maintain a progressive, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing expert guidance to employees and managers.
• Champion and enhance employee experience and employer branding both internally and externally.
• Partner with our L&D team to support staff training and development, onboarding and career progression pathways.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and documentation are compliant, up-to-date, and reflect our culture and values.
• Support initiatives around D&I, employee engagement, and well-being.
• Collaborate on internal communication strategies and culture-building programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
• A genuine passion for people, culture and continuous improvement.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
