ABOUT THE ROLE

Company Overview

Our client is a leading international general contractor delivering large-scale technical and mission-critical construction projects across Europe. They are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join their team on a hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

 

Role Overview

The CSA Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all civil, structural, and architectural activities on site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and an ability to manage subcontractors and interface effectively with other disciplines on a live data centre project.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day CSA works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, reporting any deviations or issues to the Construction or Project Manager.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to throughout the CSA scope.
  • Liaise with design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project integration.
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures across site operations.
  • Review technical documentation and drawings, highlighting discrepancies or constructability issues.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CSA Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods and sequencing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
  • EU work eligibility preferred.
