Project Director - Norway

ABOUT THE ROLE

An established international contractor is expanding into the Norwegian market and is seeking a Project Directorto lead operations and drive business growth. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching and developing a new regional business, overseeing both project delivery and strategic development. This is a strategic position with a clear path to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and expansion of the Norwegian business in collaboration with the European leadership team.
• Develop relationships across the Norwegian market to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery from estimating and preconstruction through to completion.
• Build and lead project teams as the business grows.
• Act as the key representative in Norway, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Experience:

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Has proven experience in the built environment, ideally within data centres, mission critical, pharma, logistics, industrial, or cold storage sectors.
• Brings strong estimating or preconstruction experience.
• Possesses excellent business development skills and an established network within the Norwegian construction market.
• Is fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
• Has a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently to deliver results.
