James has over a decade of experience in recruitment, overseeing high-performing teams across multiple countries and sectors. He has been a fundamental component in shaping Thor into what it is today. From establishing our Life Sciences brand to today being our US Managing Director, he ensures we deliver on our promise to elevate the hiring experience for all by being the most determined, collaborative, and growth-focused recruitment company in the world.

Since joining Thor in 2015, James is most proud of the professional growth he’s witnessed of a multitude of employees, as well as the development of Thor’s offering externally, which has made the company genuine business partners to some of the leading global companies in the Life Sciences, Technology and Engineering sectors.

Today, James is responsible for the Sales function of Thor’s North American business and the execution of the business’s ambitious growth strategies to solidify Thor becoming a globally recognised brand within the recruiting sector.
