Role Overview: Senior Electrical Project Manager – Electrical (Data Centers)

As Senior Project Manager – Electrical, you will take full ownership of large-scale data center builds, overseeing every phase of complex electrical construction—from preconstruction and budgeting to energization and turnover. You’ll lead multidisciplinary project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure flawless execution of high-stakes electrical packages valued at $20M–$100M. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering mission-critical infrastructure that supports some of the most advanced data center programs in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of electrical construction for major data center projects, ensuring world-class safety, quality, and delivery.
• Establish and enforce project standards, execution plans, and milestones in alignment with NEC, OSHA, and company best practices.
• Manage full project financials, including budgets, forecasting, buyout, and change orders.
• Partner closely with clients, engineers, field leadership, and trade partners to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving.
• Lead high-performing project teams, fostering accountability, mentorship, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project reporting and updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to job sites to maintain field visibility, strengthen client relationships, and guide project execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years managing electrical construction projects ranging from $20M–$100M in value.
• Proven experience delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (strongly preferred).
• Deep expertise in power distribution, estimating, scheduling, and electrical project controls.
• Proficiency with Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, CX Alloy, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence with clients and field teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed for multi-state project oversight.
• Must successfully complete background, drug, and MVR screenings.
