ABOUT THE ROLE

Snr. HSEQ Engineer The position of Snr. HSEQ Engineer requires a dedicated and skilled professional who can assist in the corporate and project HSEQ activities. The suitable candidate will have an excellent opportunity to shape and enhance the HSE culture in our company, as well as participating in the development and continual improvement of the Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Techouse Management System
• Ensure the management system is effective and that it complies with relevant management system standards
• Develop and revise procedures, instructions and work processes
• Plan and lead internal audits
• Plan and lead external audits (supplier audits)
• Develop training programs
• Provide internal management system training
• Develop and maintain Techouse nonconformance and improvement system (Avvik.com), including
• Ensure system is effective
• Monitor performance
• Prepare trend reports and statistics
• Develop training programs
• Provide training for staff and contractors
• Assume the role of HSEQ Manager in projects, when necessary, which entails, among other things:
• Plan and lead HSE inspections
• Provide project orientation and training for staff and contractors
• Establishing and following-up on required project documentation in accordance with the contract, e.g:Project HSSE program, Project HSSE activity plan, Project Quality plan, Inspection & Test plan, Audit and verification program, Project risk register, Bridging document, Incident Notification Chain  

Personal qualifications and skills:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree. Long and proven experience may compensate for educational requirements.
• Solid work experience in HSSE and Quality Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
• Highly motivated, structured and self-driven
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Good knowledge of the following standards and how to implement them
• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• ISO 45001
• ISO 27001 (preferred, but not required)
