Electrical HV Substation Engineer

12-Month Contract

Nordics & UK - Can be EU remote for the right experience

We are seeking experienced Electrical HV Substation Engineers for 12-month contract roles supporting Transmission & Distribution projects across the Nordics and the UK.

The role offers flexibility, with positions available remote, hybrid, or site-based for candidates with the right experience, and travel to site as required.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Electrical engineering, design review, and technical support for HV substations 110kV–400kV
• AIS and GIS substation engineering within T&D networks
• Site support including installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Compliance with electrical standards, HSE, and local regulations

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an Electrical HV Substation Engineer on projects 110kV, 132kV, 220kV, and/or 400kV
• Open to remote working for the right level of experience, with willingness to travel when needed
• Experience on Nordic and/or UK T&D projects is advantageous
• TSO experience preferred
