ABOUT THE ROLE

Your future area of responsibility

• Contribute to the development of the company's health and safety strategy
• Ensuring full compliance with local and national health and safety regulations
• Coordination with the health and safety plan on the construction site through audits and inspections of the construction site conditions
• Review and monitor subcontractor documentation and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Support in the preparation of documentation such as work instructions and permits
• Reporting on compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on the construction site
• First point of contact for communication with the customer or its representatives, as well as with subcontractors on health and safety issues
• Conducting HSE training and advising the Lupp project team as well as the deployed workers and subcontractors

Your profile

• Experience in construction management with a focus on health and safety management
• Certification in Health and Safety Management or equivalent
• Knowledge of the principles of safety and health in design and construction
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and good English skills
