Contract Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join major Data Centre construction projects in Finland. This role is responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects, ensuring that contracts are negotiated effectively, risks are managed, and suppliers and subcontractors deliver on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all contracts and commercial activities across the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, finance, and legal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and contractual obligations.
• Support the implementation of procurement and contract management best practices.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in contract or commercial management, ideally in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with data centre, industrial, or complex technical builds is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work independently, while effectively engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
